Sikko Baltus is a global creative with more than five countries to have called home in the past 18 years. Naturally progressing his career to hospitality & events.
 

Most recent years Sikko worked in full swing globally with citizenM HOTELS as they opened 10 new hotels in 3 years. The brand needed strong local engagement through their campaigns, activities and experiences, designed with a social-media-first lens in mind.

Besides hotels and hospitality Sikko designed scenes across the globe when living in NEW YORK. Looking after remote teams between London and Los Angeles at DesignScene.

In 2014, Sikko set up his first design-led branding agency in LONDON: Hub Town City, a fluid creative resource, focusing on purposeful hospitality and destination brands; designing brand experiences at scale to the successful entertainment venues Flight Club (social darts) and Electric Shuffle.

Sikko co-launched a second business: Today is Amazing in AMSTERDAM focusing on event products to connect audiences via live team-building events and conferences.

His skills in people engagement are rooted in SYDNEY where he changed the cultural for the corporate market and grew his heart for connecting people, looking after employer branding strategies & design: bringing to life belonging through culture brands and activities in the work place. ​
 

It all started with a Bachelor in Design, which he kicked off in PARIS for fashion & festivals, before he left for Australia after two years. Interestingly enough he still works with artists, DJs and inspirational speakers in Paris today.
